That’s what makes them unique, but also why the process is different from grabbing an in-stock jersey, pant, polo or race jacket.
Not In-Stock: Built Fresh for Every Rider
When you see in-stock gear on our site, that means it’s already produced and ready to ship out same-day. Custom made-to-order gear is completely different. These items are not pre-made. They go into production only after you place your order (usually every Friday - they get submitted).

The Custom Production Timeline
Custom gear is more involved than pulling a product from the warehouse. Here’s what to expect:

Order Placed → Production Scheduled
Once you lock in your order, it gets added into our production calendar. -
Gear Built From Scratch
Your kit is cut, sublimated, stitched, and finished with our premium materials like RE:Lite™ 4-way stretch. -
Quality Inspection
Every piece goes through inspection before leaving the factory to make sure it meets 110 Racing standards. -
Shipping
After production and inspection, your order is shipped to our wear-house location and we inspect/package for shipment to you!
Estimated timeline: Gear Production takes 8–12 weeks plus shipping, 6-8 weeks for jackets/polos. This is only an estimate—sometimes gear can be completed sooner, and sometimes delays happen depending on what’s currently in production. We always do our best to deliver as quickly as possible, but custom orders cannot be rushed once they’re in line.
