REFUND & RETURN POLICY

We want you to love your 110 Racing gear. Please review the policy below carefully before placing an order.

ELIGIBLE RETURNS (USA ONLY)

We offer free returns within 30 days of delivery on in-stock, non-custom/pre-order items shipped within the United States.

To qualify:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused

  • Original tags attached

  • Returned in original packaging

  • Return must be approved before sending

To start a return, email returns@110racing.com.
Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review and resolve the issue.

Normal wear, riding damage, crashes, or use-related marks are not considered defects.

CUSTOM, SUBLIMATED & MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS (FINAL SALE)

All custom, printed, sublimated, or made-to-order items are FINAL SALE.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Custom jackets, vests or polos

  • Custom Made-to-order gear sets

  • Sublimated jerseys/Printed jerseys

  • Any item marked “Custom” / “Made to Order” / "Pre-Order" 

These items are produced specifically for you and cannot be returned, exchanged, refunded, or canceled once ordered, unless there is a production error directly caused by 110 Racing.

Production timelines are estimates (typically 6-12 weeks) and may vary. Delays do not qualify for refunds or cancellations.

PRE-ORDERS (FINAL SALE)

All pre-order items are FINAL SALE.

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge:

  • The item is not in stock

  • Production timelines are provided at checkout

  • Orders cannot be canceled, refunded, or returned

FINAL SALE / CLEARANCE ITEMS

All items marked Final Sale, Clearance, or purchased during promotional events (including Black Friday, Cyber Monday, flash sales, or holiday sales) are FINAL SALE.

No returns, refunds, exchanges, or price adjustments.

We do not price match or retroactively apply discounts to previous orders.

EXCHANGES

Due to limited inventory and custom production, exchanges are not guaranteed.

If an exchange is approved:

  • Original item must meet return conditions

  • Replacement item availability is not guaranteed

  • If an exchange cannot be fulfilled, a refund or store credit may be issued at our discretion

REFUNDS

Once your approved return is received and inspected:

  • You’ll be notified of approval status

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit

  • Processing times vary by bank and can take several business days

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

Free returns apply only to U.S. orders.

International customers are responsible for:

  • Return shipping costs

  • Duties, taxes, and customs fees
