REFUND POLICY

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your 110 Racing products, you can return them for an exchange or refund, provided you do so within our policy guidelines. Our year-round free return policy is 30 days and extends to any non custom,  domestic USA orders. All returns should be in "as new" condition, both unwashed, unworn and original tags attached. When returning items to 110 Racing, please ensure the product is in the same condition that you received it and protected from damage in its original packaging. 
To submit a return, contact us at returns@110racing.com. When your return is accepted, ship your items back to us using the prepaid return label included with every order. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

CUSTOMIZED ITEMS - PRINTED/SUBLIMATED ITEMS:

Products that were custom-made or custom printed/sublimated are not eligible for returns/exchanges or price adjustments unless an error or damage, explicitly of 110 Racing’a fault, has occurred in direct relation to the custom product.  Customized items such as jackets/vests, custom made to order gear sets or sublimated jerseys have a production time of 6 weeks. (Production times can take longer and we do not allow refunds/returns once a customized item has been ordered.)

 
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). All orders that are placed as a pre-order are not eligible for returns/refunds. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or clearance items such as "Black Friday" and "Cyber Monday" are considered final sale and can't be returned, refunded or exchanged. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. If items were purchased prior to sales or promotions we do not price match for any purchases made prior to promotion or sale. 
 
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Since most of our product is limited editions or custom designs, exchanges are not always possible. When an exchange is not possible, we will grant a refund. 
 
REFUNDS 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method or provided a store credit. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
Free returns are only applicable to customers in the United States. If you are located outside of the United States, and wish to return your item, shipping costs must be arranged and covered by you.
